Description

The DSA70C100HB is a silicon high performance Schottky Diode features extremely low switching loss, high reliability circuit operation and soft recovery common cathode configuration. It is used as rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and freewheeling diode in low voltage converter.
